Lior Glikshtern

IT Director MCTS, MCITP, MCNPS , A+

With a degree in Computer Science and several industry standard certifications, Lior is a technically proficient Network/Systems Administrator with notable success directing a broad range of corporate IT initiatives while participating in the planning, implementation and support of small to large scale enterprise environments. Over fourteen years of experience he has developed a diverse set of skills including server and desktop administration, support, document authoring, software testing and network engineering. Lior has worked with a diverse array of business ranging from Wall Street and financial firms such as Franklin Credit, GE Capital, and Deutsche Bank, large medical facilities such as Montefiore Medical Center as well as many nonprofit organizations, Labor Unions and Taft Hartley funds including the Uniformed Firefighters Association of New York, Teamsters, United Food and Commercial Workers as well as the Service Employees International Union.

Enterprise skills include a deep technical understanding of Windows infrastructure services, IIS management and configuration from initial to current release, deep technical knowledge of .NET framework, experience with Web Application Framework features such as database mapping, caching, and template implementation, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL, Storage Area Network Technologies, Windows Deployment Tools including :WDS, MDT SCCM, (as well as older versions of SMS Server), Microsoft Forefront, Microsoft SharePoint, Windows Clustering, VMware Hyper-V, additional virtualization platforms.

Michael O’Donnell

Lead Systems Engineer

A graduate of Winona State University, Michael O’Donnell brings 15 years of IT experience to Systems MD – He has performed level 3 incident resolution on issues ranging from server configuration, installation and maintenance to PC set up and connectivity for American Express business travel call centers locally and nationally. Michael has been with Systems MD for 7 years. He is our Lead Systems Engineer and Help Desk Manager.

Mike Storms

Systems Administrator

Graduating from the University of New Mexico, Mike Storms has been working as an IT specialist for 12 years. From 2006 to 2012 Mike worked exclusively in systems administration and IT management for a collection of medical facilities in the Albuquerque area. Prior to 2006 Mike worked in managed services consulting for a variety of different companies in and out of New Mexico. Mike now comes to Systems MD ready to serve the business community with a variety of experiences in server and systems administration, WAN/LAN engineering, disaster recovery preparation, and desktop support.

Eugene Romero

Systems Administrator

A graduate of the University of New Mexico. Eugene has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Eugene Romero is experienced with the latest desktop hardware and operating system standards, and holds A+, Network+, and Security+ industry certifications.

Marshall Arnold

Systems Administrator

A Graduate of ITT Technical Institute, with a concentration in networked systems and desktop support, Marshall has over 12 years experience in building and servicing computers. Marshall has worked with Milestone and Robert Half Technologies, providing IT Support for The Gap’s Albuquerque corporate office, and holds an A+ certification.

Patrick Fajardo

Systems Administrator

Patrick comes to Systems MD with over 15 years of IT experience, most recently working at the Denver International Airport as a Systems Administrator. Patrick has also worked for Nice Systems and Qwest Communications and has experience with desktop and server administration.  He also has experience supporting server infrastructure, virtual environments and data center support.

Nathan Martinez

Systems Administrator

A Graduate of ITT Technical Institute. Nathan obtained an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Systems. Nathan has over 9 years’ experience in servicing School Districts around New Mexico. Nathan became the IT Director of Dulce Independent School District and served there for 3 years. Nathan has a variety of skills ranging from Desktop Support, Network design and Implementation. Over the last 6 years Nathan has lead network implementations ranging from complete network revamps and huge Wireless deployments. Nathan has held these certifications CompTIA A+, ENA, ENS, Milestone Enterprise Camera Installer, Stanley Door Systems Certified, Meru Wireless Engineer, along with Panduit Copper and Fiber termination Certs.

Johnathan Enns

IT Support Specialist

Johnathan is a senior in the Electrical Engineering Program at the University of New Mexico.  He has been working in the IT field for 3 years, previously providing IT support for the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He is experienced with the latest operating systems and a variety of hardware. Johnathan provides quality customer service to everyone he helps.

David McNichol

Customer Service Representative

David has made a recent transition to the IT field and most recently earned a Microsoft Technical Associate Certificate.  David brings forth experience maintaining communications and managing operations for large corporations.   Having worked at Intel for 17 years as an Equipment and Operations Technician and as an Electronic Fielding Technician at Honeywell, he maintained relations with international and domestic customers.  He is a Veteran of the Navy.  David is pursuing additional training on IT Security.

Nadav Glikshtern

Customer Service Representative

Nadav brings years of customer service experience to Systems MD. Before moving to Albuquerque he worked in the Auto sales business as a customer service representative in NYC’s fast paced, unforgiving environment.

Kelly Byrne

Sales and Marketing

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta, Kelly has experiences working directly with clients to make sure all their needs are met. In the past, she has worked with companies geared toward customer service and now brings her experience to the business community with Systems MD.

Melanie Vigil

Office Manager PsyD

Melanie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She is a graduate of the Alliant International University/California School of Professional Psychology, holding a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Melanie has an array of experience working in diverse settings. She previously practiced as a psychologist and brings forth knowledge on program development.

Lori Byrne

Software Engineer

Bringing over 10 years of web and graphic design experience in the software development field, Lori had developed informational websites, e-commerce platforms and produced complete graphic design packages for a wide array of industries . She is well versed in all development standards from .NET to PHP, SQL, and beyond.
