Our team works closely with local companies specializing in physical security, network, phone and video cabling, and voice-over-IP services so that we may provide you with a uniform solution for your company. Systems MD will be there to help design, implement, and maintain every detail of a project.
Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM excluding Holidays**
Setup of new networks, servers, and computers will be available at our normal rate on a project basis on Saturdays or Sundays to prevent interference with your organization's operations.
All other required visits that fall outside of normal hours of operation will be charged our evening/weekend or holiday rates**.
Normal service calls to Systems MD will be returned within one to two hours. Service will be scheduled as soon as our schedule permits.
Emergency calls will be returned immediately.We offer a two hour onsite response time for emergency calls. Emergency rates will apply from port to port.
*Systems MD bills in 30 minute increments. ½ Hour minimum per visit. **Holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Systems MD is a Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business that focuses on Information Technology (IT) service and consulting. Systems MD was founded in June of 2006 by Dan Woeber and Mike Vigil.
We currently provide business network and computer support to over 70 businesses throughout northern and central New Mexico.
Prior to forming Systems MD, both owners served as independent IT Contractors. We have a combined total of 12 years of IT experience. Experience includes working with small business, government, military, non-profit, educational, customer service, internet service providers, health, hospitality, legal, retail, and Indian gaming. Our consultants hold a vast array of experience in many areas, which allows them to continue to serve a diverse range of clientele.
Both owners hold Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Management Information Systems from accredited universities. Consultants under Systems MD possess College Degrees and/or MCSE, Network +, and A+ certifications. We value education and its benefits to our clients, thus Systems MD promotes advanced education and certifications to its consultants.
